He made accurate projections regarding development trends in niche areas such as distributed hydrogen applications and green power-to-green hydrogen integration in the second half of the year, offering crucial insights for the company’s strategic adjustments.

Vice President Kun Jiang presented a focused report on operations management, offering an in-depth review of the company's performance in the first half of the year. He analyzed key areas such as optimization of production processes, cost management, and improvements in team collaboration efficiency.

Zhao Hui Wu from the Technology Department introduced the technical features, development progress, application scenarios, and future iteration roadmap of the company's core products. He illustrated the product’s competitive advantages through real-world case studies.

Mr. Xiangying Chen of the Project Department delivered a presentation focusing on the construction of large-scale hydrogen production stations. He offered comprehensive guidance on key aspects including the implementation of explosion-proof standards at the design stage and critical node management during construction, contributing to more efficient and safer project execution.

Afternoon Session: Charting the Strategic Path and Driving Innovation Forward

The afternoon agenda commenced with an essential training session on commercial confidentiality. Attorney Zhongzheng Liu, the company’s legal advisor, shared real-world cases of data breaches from recent years, and elaborated on key operational practices including data encryption and tiered management of technical documentation. Through engaging scenario-based exercises, he effectively conveyed the critical message that “confidentiality is survival,” raising the overall awareness and sense of responsibility around information security across the team.

The strategic presentation by Chairman Dejun Ye became the highlight of the event. He emphasized the implementation and outcomes of the core strategy of “Industrialization of Hydrogen Technology,” noting that two technologies had already achieved successful commercialization in the first half of the year, with signed contracts exceeding RMB 200 million.

Chairman Ye outlined the key strategic priorities for the second half, including target niche markets for expansion and critical project milestones. He also specified the concrete requirements for cross-departmental collaboration across R&D, sales, and operations to ensure effective execution of the company's strategic goals.

Dr. Fan, the company’s visiting advisor, shared valuable insights on future industry trends. He highlighted that the integration of hydrogen technology with CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage) will become a rising trend, and suggested that the company proactively develop integrated solutions combining green hydrogen with industrial carbon reduction.

His visionary concept of a “Hydrogen-powered Microgrid for Industrial Parks” provided a fresh perspective for the company to explore new application scenarios and drive innovation.
